Saudi Arabia offers several distinct visa categories, each with its own purpose, validity and documentation. Choosing the right one — and applying correctly — saves time and avoids delays to your travel plans.

Umrah Visa

Issued specifically for pilgrims traveling to perform Umrah, typically arranged as part of a travel package that includes flights and hotel bookings.

Hajj Visa

Allocated through country-specific quotas. Pakistani pilgrims apply either through the government Hajj scheme or an approved private Hajj Group Organizer.

Family Visit Visa

For visiting relatives residing in Saudi Arabia, requiring an invitation letter and Iqama copy from the host.

Tourist Visa (eVisa)

For general tourism — sightseeing in Riyadh, Jeddah, AlUla and beyond — separate from the Umrah visa category, with its own set of permitted activities.

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months
  • Recent passport-size photographs
